Mrs. Patricia M. Knick and her son, Daniel of Mechanicsville, Md. and her cousin, Mrs. Edna F. Denin of Edgewater Md. were weekend guests of her aunt, Mrs. Alvin Atkins in Sperryville and on Sunday gathered with other family members for lunch at Golden Corral in Culpeper.

In addition to those mentioned, others present were Mr. and Mrs. Holtzman Frazier of Fredericksburg, Mr. and Mrs. Clearance E. Frazier and Chrissy of Woodbridge, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier, Michele, Michael and Christopher of Turkey Ridge Road, Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory, Joseph and Jennifer of Castleton Ford Road and Jackie Rutherford of Culpeper.

This was also a time of birthday rememberances namely Edna Denin, March 2, Shelvy Frazier, March 10, Marie Atkins on March 1.2, Jennifer peregory, March 14 and Holtzman Frazier on March 20. A good time was enjoyed by all.

Our community was deeply saddened by the passing on March 15 of Mrs. Catherine Cubbage, wife of Owen cubbage of Richmond Road, Castleton, and we offer to the family our greatest heartfelt sympathy.

Michael S. Frazier was a Thursday afternoon caller of his aunt, Mrs. Alvin Atkins in Sperryville.

Joseph Peregory along with five other Cub Scouts crossed over to Boy Scouts during the Pack 123 Ceremony held at Rappahannock Park Saturday.
