Mr. Burner recently semi-retired “frbm his barber shop. Prior to retiring, his day off was spent helping others ) with medical problems or other needs. ' He is always ready to drive anyone to Charlottesville, Fairfax, Richmond or anywhere else for medical treatment. ■Many times he has gone into a hospital, nursing home, jail, or an individual's home to cut hair at no charge, v*;Mr. Burner didn’t wait until retirement to help others.
