Katie Welch celebrated her 11th birthday on Saturday with her parents, Bryant and Holly Welch and her sister, Emily. Other guests included Larry Welch, Steve Welch, Nathan and Amber Welch, and Betty Holbik of Fairfax, Susie Walsh and daughter, Ashley Walsh of Herndon.
