At last month’s Planning Commission meeting County Administrator John McCarthy told the planners ENSAT was interested in doing such a study, and they asked him to pursue the matter. Now that the planners have approved ENSAT’s proposal, it is up to the Board of Supervisors to approve spending the funds.
