Environmental Quality has under conskferatled a request for a Categorical Exclusion from an Environmental Assessment for ' - ‘a wastewater protect proposed to be funded through the Virginia Revolving Loan Fund(VRLF). The applicant .is* the RappahannodC County Water and Sewer Authority.
The proposed project consists of the installation of a flow surge basin at the Sperryvilie Sewage Treatment Plant. The purpose of the basin ip tq • control high flows occurring during rainfall events to improve treatment at the facility.. .■
