Both men will be on two years supervised probation for the grand larceny convictions upon their release from the Warren County jail, plus ten years probation for their Warren County felony convictions, and must pay court costs and restitution of $131 to Mr. and Mrs. Lyman.

Eugene Pendleton, 32, of Culpeper was released from jail and placed back on probation after having paid his $552 court costs in full. He had been jailed on March 11 for violation of probation for not paying the $552.
