For those desiring to participate ongoing recbrds are also kept of inches and pounds lost during month and most points for things such as weight lost, inches lost, water, exercise, trying new, lo-fat recipe, attending meeting, etc. Individuals maintain their own record, with weight being done privately. Scales are available at the church for those who need them.
Next Tuesday begins a new month, leader Cathy Smith encourages you to join them from 11 a.m. to noon at the Amissville Methodist Church. Meetings are held each Tuesday. For more details call 9375024.
