The BZA approved the application, with the condition they stipulated for improvement of the drain field and pending Health Department approval, saying the property qualified under general and conditional standards. Mr. Sutphin said he would apply for a building permit.

for the BZA for 1997. Sid Gottlieb wa^ elected chairperson, Jennifer Matthews was elected vice chairperson and Alex Sharp was elected Planning Commission representative.
