Paul Taylor of Sperryville was pinned under a tractor for nearly two hours last Wednesday afternoon, and luckily ended up with nothing more than bruises.
According to Roger Roach, who was on the scene with Washington Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Mr. Taylor was driving a tractor down a steep driveway. He lost control and the tractor skidded down the hill, pinning his knees and lower body.
Mr. Taylor was trapped about an hour before someone found him and called 911, and about another hour before he was able to be extricated.
