Now is a good time to start thinking about replacements to additions to your landscape. The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District is kicking off their sixth annual Conservation Tree Seedling Sale and are offering several different species of seedlings for your consideration.

Taking Shape
Warren Memorial Hospital is gearing up for its annual Wellness Expo, a free community health and wellness fair, which is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, from 8 a m. to 12 noon. The Expo will take place on the hospital’s grounds and First Assembly of God in Front Royal.
A number of free health screenings will be provided, including cholesterol and blood sugar screenings.
“We had such a great response last year, especially with the cholesterol screenings,” commented Denise Eastham, RN, Director of Occupational Health and event chairperson. “We’re planning to increase the number of cholesterol screening stations, which should help eliminate any long waiting periods.”
Back by popular demand this year is the Heart Healthy Breakfast, which be served throughout the event and is free to all comers.
In addition, the Expo will feature information on a variety of health and wellness topics and will showcase local health care providers, agencies and organizations.
