Agatha Christie’s classic mystery play. Witness for the Prosecution, will be presented by the Christendom College Players March 7-9 at The Theatre at (Litde) Washington, Va. Friday and Saturday night performances will be at 8 p.m., with two performances on Sunday: a matinee at 3 p.m. and an evening performance at 8 p.m.

“Witness” is generally considered to be Christie’s finest play, full of tense courtroom drama, plenty of humor, and a slam-bang, triplei twister of a finish. She herself considered it far superior to her betterknown stage play.
