PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 7, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Newcamp, Rt. 1, Box 206-H, Castleton, VA 2271 6, desires to establish a taxidermy operation ("Hilltop Taxidermy") from his home Property consists of approximately five (5) acres, located in Jackson Magisterial District and is zoned “C" Conservation and “A" Agricultural, at State Routes 622 and 729. Allowed under Section 170, Article 17036F of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional Standards in 170-66(N).
