PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 7, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Paul E. Newcamp, Rt. 1, Box 206-H, Castleton, VA 2271 6, desires to establish a taxidermy operation ("Hilltop Taxidermy") from his home Property consists of approximately five (5) acres, located in Jackson Magisterial District and is zoned “C" Conservation and “A" Agricultural, at State Routes 622 and 729. Allowed under Section 170, Article 17036F of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional Standards in 170-66(N).

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will-be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, P O.
