Coach Baltimore said that he and the team give God all the glory. “God has lifted us up to another level; look at how he has rewarded us,” said Coach Baltimore. He said that no one expected the team to do so well, and gives the players a lot of credit, saying that they worked so hard and remained injury free for the season.
“We have a special bond and they play their hearts out for me. That makes me happy,” said the coach.
The basketball program is now on the map, and Coach Baltimore said he will do anything in his power to keep Rappahannock’s team on top. “I like the pressure. It makes us all work harder,” he said.
Seven players from the team will return next year and the coach is already anxiously looking forward to next season. Now that this year’s games are over, he said he won’t know what to do with all that free time, but then said that he would spend more time with his family.
