Seminar at Healing Arts Center
An experiential seminar is scheduled for Saturday, June 9 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center. Karen Loving, NCBTMB, Certified will present the Alexander Technique. If you suffer from lower back pain, chronic discomfort between your shoulder blades, most of this discomfort is not necessary.

The tape of the Tuesday, June 5 live radio debate among the four Democratic candidates for Attorney General will be available at the Rappahannock County Library by Friday, June 8. The debate was broadcast by WVTF, the public radio station in Roanoke.
