Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town ot Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.22204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at 7:30 p m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:

Use permit for an expansion to their existing

facility. The expansion takes the form of a drivethrough

window with canopy, paved parking lot,

parking lot entrance, and bank entrance alterations.

Expansion allowed under Section 1-4-4a.

with additional standards in Section 6-1-2(k) of

the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.

A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
