Sounds like Ben Jones is
organizing a party of vigilantes to go out and string up stoners. I’m truly sorry about his friend's sister, but the chances are three to one that, in spite of what the death certificate said, she did not actually die of a drug overdose. Three quarters of all “drug overdoses” are attributable to denaturants (cut) in street drugs, not to the actual illicit drug themselves. I have personally spoken with two emergency room physicians, whose experiences support these statistics.
If the FDA, Consumer Product Safety Commission, or one of those other committees Ben oversaw as a Congressman—and not Joe Stoner—regulated production, purity and safety, as they do for virtually every other substance we consume or purchase—his friend’s daughter might be alive today.
At least the unfortunate young lady was partly responsible for her own demise. The
