The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community will be presenting Andrew IJoyd Webber’s film version of “Phantom of the Opera” on Friday, July 1 starting at 8 p.m. at the Theatre in Washington, Va.
July 4: Old Fashioned Fourth
There will be an old-fashioned 4th of July community celebration at Washington Recreation Center from 12 noon until 4 p.m. Rain or shine. Grilled hamburgers and hots, kielbasa and sauerkraut, salads, home-made desserts, soda and lemonade made in the shade. Old timey games for children, badminton, horseshoes, tennis, patriotic music, good conversation.
