The chicken tamales are delicious and prepared the way they should be - steamed inside a corn husk. But, for- a real treat, Jim is preparing chili' rellenos this week. Chili Rellenos are a large cheese stuffed green pepper that is lightly battered. Stop by today, tomorrow or Saturday. They won’t be on the menu as Jim is preparing them as a “speciality.” “I just enjoy making them so hopefully the word will get out and folks will give them a try,” added McCullough.
