The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems following safety regulations and hade practices. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation supplemented with building trades courses work and at least 2 years experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Valid driver’s license. Must be able to work' in extreme temperatures and lift 70 lbs. Some work may be hazardous due to location or type of work.
