Remember to drink lots of fluids — water or juice are best — the day before, and the day of, the blood drive. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and fatty foods. Tb give blood, you must be generally healthy, 17 years of age or more, and weigh at least 110 pounds.

and Crafts Camp

Arts and Crafts Camp will be held Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Session I starts on June 27 finishing on July 1 and Session II runs from July 11 through July 15. Seeking young ladies

Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department is seeking young ladies between the ages of 1-21 to compete for the following titles: Little Miss, ages 1-7, Junior Miss, ages 8-15 and Miss Honorary Fire Chief, ages 1621.
