Status: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried Description: The Director, Enterprise Information Technology plays a key leadership role in researching, specifying, implementing and maintaining technical resources companywide. This includes direct accountability, development and management of teams responsible for: network infrastructure, information security, telecommunications, computing hardware, server farms, data capture equipment, software deployment systems, storage area networks and large host-attached storage anays. function-specific third party application platforms for imaging and image processing, and business continuity disaster recovery planning. The position carries budgetary planning and oversight responsibilities for technology sourcing, maintenance expenditures and recommends investment in technologies to support the company's business processes. n qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent subject area. Seven to 10 years experience demonstrating progressive responstoility and career growth in technology management, including a minimum of five years with personnel management responsibility for technical teams in diverse areas. Experience servicing Federal Government andor State Government accounts with empfnasis on meeting requirements for information management and security. Previous SF85P or higher security clearance. This position must have expert technical troubleshooting ability, capable of directing and participating hands-on with technical staff to support highavailability for critical systems. Strong team leadership capabilities focused on bringing professional management, teamwork and accountability skills to bear on recruiting, growing and developing staff to market-leading standards Must have excellent written and presentational skits capable of conveying complex technical subjects to nontechnical audiences, including executive managers, clients, the company's Board of Directors and investors. Specific area expertise in: • Microsoft Active Directory and subordinate components • Advanced Cisco firewall, router, switch, VPN concentrator and wreless configuration support • Secure Windows Network Architecture • Windows 2003 PKI infrastructure • Exchange, SQL Server, IIS and SharePoint Portal Server support SNORT and
