Mike Frazier of O’Bannon Mill Road who graduated with the class at Culpeper County High School last Saturday, as a co-salutatorian also received an Academic Boosters Award, while in high school he had five years of Latin, two years of French, one of Spanish and one of Japanese.
He plans to enter University of Virginia this fall and study Linguistics.
