Position within the Building Systems Group. The successful candidate will install, maintain and repair HVAC. electrical and plumbing systems within County Government work sites; inputs repair and maintenance requests into work order system; report unsafe conditions; and perform work according to industry standards and County, department and division policies and directions. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation supplemented by building trades course work and at least 4 years experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building system trades. Valid driver's license. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and lift 70 lbs. Some work may be hazardous due to location or type of work. Subject to recall or being held beyond scheduled workday; must be available to respond to County emergencies.
