ORDER OF PUBLICATION.

The Object of this suit is as follows: to partition the real estate and right of way thereto that Charles Carter, a/k/a Charles H. Carter, died seized and possessed containing three(3) acres, more or less, with right of way thereto of 174/2420 acre, to State Secondary Route 626 located near the Town of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia.

An affidavit having been made and filed stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause, whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ORDERED that the said UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the said real estate and right of way thereto, of which Charles Carter, a/k/a/ Charles H. Carter, died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown, are hereby required to appear on or before September 30, 2005, and do what many be necessary to protect their interests.
