MIDDLETOWN, Va. - After reopening course offerings in Page County during the 2004-05 academic year and teaching a total of 15 classes at Luray High School, Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) will expand its academic offerings to the residents of Page County with the opening of the Page County Center, an LFCC outreach site, this fall.
“As Page County and the region experiences a renaissance, it is imperative LFCC works closely with the residents and leaders within the Tbwn of Luray and Page County to offer the credit and non-credit education and training programs and services needed by residents and employers,” said John J. “Ski” Sygielski, LFCC president. “The leadership and financial support of community members in Page County and the Tbwn of Luray have been an essential component in the development of the Center. We are pleased to be partnering with the visionary leadership within Page County and the Town of Luray in the planning and construction of this new LFCC Center.”
