Ronald Crutcher won the Cincinnati Symphony Young Artist Competition when he was 17-years-old.

He later received a Fulbright Fellowship to continue his musical studies in Germany. A former member of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, he has performed numerous recitals in the United States, Europe, and South America, and has recorded for Austrian and West German radio.

He has written extensively on music in particular, and the arts in general, and on higher education. He is currently the President of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts and serves as board chair of the Association of American Colleges and Universities.

Tickets for the concert at the Theatre on Saturday, April 22 at 8 p.m. are $20 for adults and $5 for students 18 and under.
