Ihese classes are at all levels and designed for the beginner as well as the more experienced yoga practitioner. This week is the first week of the spring yoga session at Belle Meade Schoolhouse, which will continue until July 2. (11 weeks) Please drop in at any time; your first class is free! Time to start a new SynergyDance class with Virginie Thursday morning March 16 from 9:15 am to 10: 45am. Switzerland was wonderful and they loved SynergyDance!
