Visit the factory. See if your vendor will dare to drink his/her product (reluctance is a dead and/or blind indicator that caution is in order). Also note: this product is highly flammable and easily igni table (probably should have an OSHA warning label). This is especially true during the distilling process in which oxidized vaporized alcohol can accumulate in the air if there is not enough ventilation. Don’t blow yourself apart by lighting up carelessly while sipping from Ball jars in the vendor’s tasting room. The more likely hazard on your outing, however, is the effect of over indulgence, that one jar too many of the 200 proof Special Stock. This might just give extra meaning to the moon shiner’s old serenade:
