Rodgers, of Amissville, owns the parcel of land just off Rt.621 that contains the cemetery. He is currently building several homes on the subdivided lots surrounding the old burial ground. Rodgers came before the Culpeper Board of Supervisors Tuesday evening at their August meeting seeking approval for his Greenwood subdivision, which adjoins the cemetery. Rodgers claims that Hamilton has been unreasonable, belligerent, and uncompromising.
