Culpeper resident Willie Martin remembers Dr. Mulugeta’s calming manner when she served on the staff of Commonwealth Medical Associates, an internal medicine practice in Culpeper.
“She will put her hand on your shoulder and make you feel better right on the spot,” said Mr. Martin.
