This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions that directly support the activities of each of the major programs within the Loudoun County Animal Care and Control Department. The selected applicant will be responsible for all aspects of animal care, from routine cleaning of cages and kennels, to ensuring that animals are vetted and medicated. The selected applicant will also assist with behavioral assessments, perform adoption and surrender counseling, and perform euthanasia as necessary.
