Mark your calendar for one of Rappahannock’s most popular fund raising social events of the year. The Eighth Annual Taste of Rappahannock sponsored by Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, is sure to sell out quickly. This year’s Taste will return to the Belle Meade Schoolhouse at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 9. The evening includes a reception featuring Rappahannock’s finest wineries, a live auction presenting once-in-a-lifetime experiences and items, and a gourmet dinner with the best food and drink that Rappahannock has to offer. Individual tickets are $150, with proceeds going to fund the many educational opportunities that enrich the lives of Rappahannock County’s youth.
