Chester Gap resident and Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Deputy Janie Phillips was fourth runner up in the “Mrs. USA” pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. Phillips was chosen fourth out of 53 contestants, representing all fifty states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.
