Rappahannock County has its fair share of people who feel they have some grievance, those who share with terrorists a feeling that their lives do not make much of a difference unless they make some sort of violent “statement,” those who act out their frustrations under the influence of alcohol or other mood or mind altering drugs. The percentage of people who act on these feelings seem to be increasing here as well as elsewhere. More and mdre people seem to be “trigger happy” whether their weapons of choice < are guns, automobiles, brass knuckles or their vocal cords.
