Dr. Carroll A Baltimore, Sr., Alexandria, VA, Senior Pastor, International Evangelistic Baptist Churches (15 locations worldwide). Dr. Baltimore is a dynamic preacher sent by God. He has led 53 international crusades to locations such as Africa, the Philippines, India, Korea and Jamaica. He is the organizer and President of CAB. Outreach Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization that focuses on missions. Ninety-six percent of all funds donated are used for the mission work. His vision addresses the spiritual, mental and physical needs of all peoples and nations, particularly in developing countries. He successfully reaches across cultural and religious barriers to preach, reach and teach; to win souls for Jesus Christ. His organization has free medical clinics with doctors and medical specialists providing health, dental and eye care; specialized education, schools and learning facilities; programs for economic empowerment for the disadvantaged, evangelistic crusades and church planting.
