Rappahannock County’s homegrown bank is undergoing a major expansion into surrounding counties.
This fall, Rappahannock National Bank’s familiar blue logo will start going up on five former Provident Bank buildings in Fauquier, Frederick and Loudoun counties.
The move will bring RNB’s number of locations up to seven after the transaction is finalized in September. The bank currently has two locations: its headquarters on U.S. 211 west of the Town of Washington and a branch that opened last year in Front Royal.
