On May 16, 2007 these proposed amendments shall be considered by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission, which shall make a recommendation on the proposed amendments to the Board of Supervisors, and then shall be considered by the Board of Supervisors, which may vote on the amendments on June 4. These amendments have been proposed by Willie and Cathern Smith in accordance with §15.2-2286 A. 7 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended, and with §170-134 B. (1) of the Rappahannock Code. All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment at the meetings or to submit written remarks for the record to the Zoning Administrator, PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747.
