Mr. lapp is survived by his wife, Lee Jacobsen Tapp, his son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Maggie Tapp, of Charlotte, NC; his daughter, Roxanne Tapp, of Manassas. Additional survivors i include his sister, Betty i O’Connor, of Albany, GA; one grandson, one granddaughter, of Charlotte; and a nephew, ■ and a niece, both of Amissville. I A gathering to celebrate Mr Tapp’s life was held at his home Saturday, May 12.
