There will be a “Sustainable Development in Virginia* presentation on Thursday May 17 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Expo Center. The presentation will feature the principals of planning that show the next step tor Low Impact Development in Virginia. The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) will sponsor the film, “Notes On A Scandal" on Friday, May 18 at 8 p.m. at The Theatre on Gay Street Washington. Adults $6, students $4, children $3.

Don't forget the Amissville United Methodist Women win be holding their annual church yard sale rain or shine this Friday. May 18 from 9 a.m. -2 pirn, and Saturday, May 19 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Come have hot dogs and chili for lunch and grab some bake sale items. Many of you have been waiting tor this al year! The event is indoors and out on Friday and all outdoors on Saturday, weather permitting. AM proceeds benefit the women’s community and missions work.
