Administrative professional to provide customer service and administrative support in a large Mental Health Center. Monitoring program expenditures, processing invoices for payment, reconciling accounts and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets and reports utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Monitoring, processing and coding credit card expenditures utilizing specialized software. Updating/maintaining new employee records, division organizational charts, emergency phone trees, and staff databases.Deveiop user friendly forms and complex documents to include graphs and visual aids from conceptual information.Provide exceptional customer sen/ice in a fast-paced, high stress environment to both internal and external customers. Customer service duties include fielding phone calls on business and emergency lines, providing back up coverage to medical reception window and assisting MH/SA Division staff with office operational questions regarding front procedures.High School diploma or equivalent with courses or certification in job-related field and four years of job related experience. Residential Counselor

Provide services in a variety of community settings. Provide assistance and training with daily living activities in homes of disabled individuals. Emphasis placed on community integration, individual preference and facilitation of new experiences for consumers. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field.
