Administrative Manager

MH/MR/SAS Perform a wide variety of duties including administrative processes, budgets, financial activities, contracts, and systems. Fiscal administration responsibilities include: creation of spreadsheets and/or databases to organize information, produce reports; analyze data, develop budget recommendations/projections for programs; administer complex funds, projects, contracts and/or grants; monitor, report program expenditures/revenues and trends; authorize expenses within limited authorization levels, perform financial troubleshooting, compile and maintain monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual totals, reports and analysis. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of service delivery statistics, create reports; coordinate/assist in quality assurance and tracking of data for management planning, performance and outcome measurements; assist in development and implementation of internal controls. Assure compliance with Federal, State and County regulations relating to licensure, Medicaid and Medicare; compile, maintain, respond to requests from regulatory agencies.Work collaboratively with Department Qa! Systems Administrator, Clinical Program Managers to implement change; integral to development/implementation of new data management and billing system. Supervise clerical accounting staff. Ability to work with others in collaborative and/or leadership role; independently gather, integrate and analyze complex data; compose concise, clear and appropriate documents. High school diploma or equivalent and six years directly related experience. Bachelor s degree with course work in finance, budgeting and/or accounting as well as prior supervisory experience preferred. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Access, prior experience monitoring budgets and developing quality assurance measures, thorough knowledge of theory, principles and practices of governmental budgeting, and/or public administration. Ability to create, maintain database and/or spreadsheets and generate unique reports. Cnminal background check, TB test and CPR/First Aid certification (CPR/First Aid may be obtained after employment).
