Rqipahannock County High School's varsity volleyball team found the perfect remedy Tuesday night for back-to-back kisses to non-Bull Run District opponents.

After opening the season with eight consecutive wins, Rappahannock County struggled in matches against Group AA Millbrook and fellow Region B rival Page County
“We were down. We were trying a new lineup last week,” junior hitter Emily Carter said. “So we weren’t so strong”
Millbrook’s sophomore-dominated lineup swept the Lady ftnthers to avenge an eariy-season loss, while Page County stopped Rappahannock County in fere games in a match that lasted more than two hours Thursday night.
“We were trying something new in those matches, and it finalfy worked (against Madison),” Wilde said. “We executed better last night. Now we’ve got the rotation set, and Em happy with the way it in”
Carter pointed out that Madison always has a big crowd for its matches, but the Lady Panthers did not allow themselves to become distracted
