Weight Loss Support
Transformation Weight Loss Support Seven sessions beginning Sept. 27 and on consecutive Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. wilt be held at the Rappahannock County Library. Ail sessions and materials are free! In these sessions for spiritual support of weight loss, Joy wifl share her testimony of how God has enabled her to lose over 100 pounds in the past 16 months. Elder Care Meeting
The Rappahannock Elder Care Coalition, a group of local professionals and citizens devoted to better care of the elderly will start meeting again on Sept 27, at the library at 1 p.m. The Elder Care Coalition will be, among other topics, d&cussing the Senior Navigator website, with a representative present to answer questions. The meetings will, unless otherwise noted, be held on the fourth Thursday, every month afterwards. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
