Phoenix Rising Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Warrenton needs volunteers to help out on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at its facility on Beach Road.
There is a round pen that needs to be assembled, and organizers are creating a sensory trail for handicapped riding students. By installing mailboxes, hanging squishy balls, laying cavelleti poles and the like, teachers can guide students through an obstacle course suited to their level of riding ability.
