On Wednesday; Sept. 12, Governor Tim Kaine unveiled the Virginia Energy Plan, a result of meetings, public workshops and studies by the Department of Mines Minerals and Energy
Ordered in the 2006 General Assembly session the 10-year plan lays out conservation goals for the state - a first in Virginia s history And as an active document, it’s updated every five years.
