inspirational music by the band Ryan Benyo Experience, with piano solos you don’t want to miss. A spaghetti dinner will follow at 6:30 prepared and served by the United Methodist Men. All donations received for the evening will be used for the United Methodist Men’s service projects in the community
Forest Grove Baptist Church will hold their annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Forest Grove Baptist Church Activity Center (Old School) on Forest Grove Road. It will begin with a Yard Sale at 8 a.m. There will be Live music by the Crosstones at 12 p.m. There will also be lots of food and baked goods. We will also have Hay Rides and a Moon bounce for the kids! In addition we will host the Rappahannock Historical Society Exhibits all day! This will include hundreds of local photos and artifacts from 18601960 concerning county history. All proceeds will go towards the Forest Grove Baptist Church Building Fund. Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church, Washington will be having revival services starting Sunday, Oct. 14 going through Friday, Oct. 19, with David Sommerdorfs of Wasilla, Ala., preaching.
