In accordance with Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at 10:00 A.M. in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia on October 5,1978 to discuss plans submitted by Ian fend Margaret Pryde and Mary Van Brederode of Washington, Virginia for division of Blue Rock Farm located on Rt. 211 in Hampton Magisterial District. The plan as submitted calls for a 35 Acre lot on back of property, 15 Acre tract on Rt. 211, presently 50 Acres to R. O. Bridges, two 25 Acre tracts sold, one 15 Acre to be sold, retaining 35 acres. The above division requires rezoning from A-1 and CV-1 to RS-1 and RS-1 in a CV-1 district.
