The Piedmont Republican Women’s Club annual membership tea will be held Sept. 28 from 3:30 until 5 at Wedderbum. the home of Mrs. William Hume at Hume.
The party was originally set at the home of Mrs. William Willoughby but was changed because of illness.
Mrs. Nellie Long, an official of the Virginia Federation of Republican Women, will be the speaker and there will be other honored guests.
