Grace Episcopal Church. Main Street, The Plains will conduct its annual benefit yard sale on Saturday, October 7th from 10 to 5. Furniture, dishes, books, clothing, lamps, appliances, toys, jewelry, baby equipment. flowers, potted plants, and other items will be for sale. An auction, to be held at 1:00 p.m.. will offer 5 oriental rugs, an antique Hepplewhite mahogany dropleaf table with brassball feet, an antique Sheraton dropleaf table, an antique pine blanket chest, a disc harrow, and other valuable items. A bake sale also will be included in the event and food and beverages will be served all day.
