FORE executive director Steven Colvin noted that this summer the organization has been awarded contracts to label 14,000 telephone directories for the Culpeper area and to clean and repack “several thousand automobile brake components" for the Alfred Teves firm in Culpeper.
All work under contract to FORE is performed, under supervision, by mentally, physically or emotionally handicapped persons.
The board members recently elected Brian Webster of the Rochester Corporation to the FORE Board.
FORE is a United Way agency and a contractual agency with the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board.
